Time and Intention

Last week I was challenged to add something to my already full calendar. After careful decision, I decided that it was something that I had to do. When my schedule is really full is when I optimize time and get really efficient at tasks.
Previously, this weekly video took a chunk of time out of my schedule. By doing daily videos I am streamlining my process. If it does not matter, I am not doing it because I don't have time for it. I have already seen the positive. Believe it or not, I think I am more relaxed. I have taken the pressure off of myself to get every last thing right. My messages clearer. Editing quicker. The pressure is on but I am growing and that is important to me.
You can find the daily posts for this week on You tube or Linkedin- the content varies slightly between the two.
